Who is Qualified to Give Horse Tips?

Anyone interested in betting on horse racing will be on the lookout for some good Horse Tips in the hopes that it will give them a win. While many people do give horse tips, not that many of them are really well-qualified to give them; that means if you take notice of those horse tips you are not likely to do anything but throw your money down the drain. Since the whole idea of betting is to win rather than lose, it will pay to find someone who knows what they are doing – or saying.

So who is qualified to give horse tips? First of all, anyone who works in stables, jockeys, horse owners and trainers are all qualified to give tips, but they are not legally allowed to do so. That does not mean that they don’t sometime give tips, but if they do it better be to someone they can trust. The ordinary punter is unlikely to hear tips from these people.

However many people make it their business to analyse horses and races and everything else pertaining to horseracing and so they are more qualified to give good horse tips. And often they charge for these tips. This does not necessarily make their tips any better than those that are free. However in many cases they are better, especially if these people tip for a living.

Bookmakers can also give horse tips; however they are more likely to hope you lose so that they can win, so their tips perhaps should not be trusted either. It is far better to study forms yourself and make your own decision than rely on tips that may or may not be good.
